LuckyKing Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LuckyKing collects, uses, shares, protects, retains and deletes data when you use the Android app and related services.

1. Scope and Controller

This Privacy Policy applies to the LuckyKing Android app and related services operated by LuckyKing, including the developer or publisher identified in the Google Play Store listing for LuckyKing.

It applies to guest users and signed-in users. It covers features such as football match information, live and upcoming matches, schedules, results, standings, news, highlights, AI prediction references, score prediction, 1X2 prediction games, points, leaderboards, shooting-game activities, VIP subscriptions, reminders, profile features, support and account deletion requests.

2. Data We Collect

The data we collect depends on how you use the app, whether you sign in, which permissions you grant and which features are available in your region or app version.

Account and sign-in data Email sign-in information, verification status, authentication tokens, user ID and account status. If you use Google Sign-In, we may receive your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile photo permitted by Google.
Profile data Nickname, avatar, sex or gender, birthday, signature, language, theme preference, address or delivery information where you choose to provide it, and support messages.
Sports and app activity data Match subscriptions, reminders, favorite or viewed matches, AI unlocks, prediction records, score picks, 1X2 picks, stake points, odds shown at submission, results, point balance, point history, leaderboard status and shooting-game activity.
Payment and VIP data Selected product ID, server order ID, Google Play purchase token, subscription status, entitlement status, renewal or cancellation state and purchase troubleshooting data. We do not receive your full payment card number from Google Play.
Device, network and log data App version, Android version, device model or identifiers where provided by the platform, IP address, language, timezone, network status, crash logs, request logs, security logs and diagnostics.
Content and provider data Football team names, logos, competition logos, scores, match metadata, news and highlight metadata from service providers or content delivery systems, plus your interactions with those features.

We do not ask you to provide government identifiers, full payment card numbers, bank account details, medical information or passwords for other services. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in profile free-text fields.

3. Permissions and Platform Services

Internet and network access

LuckyKing uses internet and network access to provide account sign-in, match data, media, predictions, points, subscriptions, support and app reliability features.

Calendar permissions

If you choose to create match reminders, the app may request calendar permissions to create, update, find or delete reminders that you request. We do not use calendar access to collect unrelated calendar content for advertising or resale. You can remove calendar access in Android system settings.

Google Play services

LuckyKing uses Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing for VIP products and Google Play In-App Updates where available. These services are provided by Google and may process data according to Google's own terms and privacy policies.

4. How We Use Data

We use data to:

  • Provide football match information, schedules, standings, news, highlights, media playback and related app content.
  • Create, authenticate, protect and maintain your account and profile.
  • Provide AI prediction references, score prediction, 1X2 prediction games, prediction records, point balances, point history, shooting-game records and leaderboards.
  • Create VIP orders, process Google Play purchase results, provide premium benefits, restore purchases and handle subscription support.
  • Create and manage match reminders when you ask us to do so.
  • Send service messages, show in-app notices, process support requests and handle account deletion requests.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, payment issues, duplicate requests, account compromise, API misuse and security incidents.
  • Debug crashes, improve performance, improve feature quality, maintain service availability and comply with legal or platform requirements.
AI prediction outputs and odds-related information are used as entertainment and informational references only. They are not betting advice, financial advice, professional sports advice or instructions for real-money wagering.

5. How We Share Data

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for third-party real-money gambling, financial targeting or unauthorized advertising resale.

We may share data with service providers and partners only as needed for legitimate app operations, including:

  • Google services for Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, subscription management and in-app updates.
  • Backend hosting, content delivery, network operations, database, logging, security and support providers.
  • Sports data, media, image and football content providers used to display match information, team logos, competition logos, news and highlights.
  • Analytics, diagnostics or crash reporting providers, if enabled, to understand app stability and service quality.
  • Legal, compliance, safety, fraud prevention, payment dispute and rights-protection recipients where required or reasonably necessary.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring or asset transfer, data may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to this Policy or a policy with substantially similar protections.

6. VIP Subscriptions and Purchases

VIP products are processed through Google Play Billing. Google handles payment method details and may provide us with purchase status, product ID, purchase token, order information and subscription state needed to grant, verify, restore, cancel or troubleshoot access.

Before starting Google Play Billing, LuckyKing may create a server order with the selected product ID. This helps match your Google Play purchase to your app account and reduce fraud or entitlement errors.

Refunds, cancellation controls, renewals and payment method management are handled by Google Play. We use purchase data only to provide app entitlements, support users, prevent fraud, comply with law and maintain financial records.

7. Retention and Deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide LuckyKing, maintain account security, support VIP access, preserve point and prediction records, comply with legal obligations, process payment or refund issues, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and operate reliable services.

When you request account deletion, we will start deletion of your profile, sign-in connection and associated service records where applicable. Some data may remain for a limited period in backups or logs, and some records may be retained where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, payment records, dispute handling or platform compliance.

8. Your Choices and Controls

You can use app and device controls to manage your data and permissions:

  • Edit supported profile fields from Personal Info.
  • Log out or switch sign-in methods where supported.
  • Manage Android permissions, including calendar access, from system settings.
  • Manage or cancel VIP subscriptions from Google Play account settings.
  • Request account deletion from Profile Center or by contacting support.
  • Contact us to ask privacy questions, request access, correction or deletion, or report a data safety concern.

Your rights may vary depending on where you live. We will respond to privacy requests according to applicable law and may ask for information needed to verify your account before fulfilling certain requests.

9. Children and Minors

LuckyKing is intended for general football information audiences and is not directed to children under 13 or to any lower age where parental consent is required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where consent is required.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to LuckyKing, contact us so we can review the issue and take appropriate action.

10. Security and International Processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, token-based sessions, operational monitoring, fraud detection and transport protections where supported by our systems and providers.

No app, network or online service can guarantee absolute security. You should protect your device, sign-in method and verification codes, and avoid submitting sensitive information that the app does not request.

Your data may be processed in countries or regions different from where you live. When this happens, we take steps designed to protect data according to this Policy and applicable requirements.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, data practices, service providers, Google Play requirements, legal requirements or security practices change. The latest version will be available in the app or through the privacy policy URL submitted in Google Play Console.

If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app or by another reasonable method. Continued use of LuckyKing after the effective date means the updated Policy applies.
