1. Acceptance of Terms
This User Agreement is a binding agreement between you and LuckyKing, including the developer or publisher identified in the Google Play Store listing for the LuckyKing app. By installing, accessing or using LuckyKing, you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use LuckyKing on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
2. Service Scope
LuckyKing provides football-focused features, including live and upcoming match lists, match details, schedules, results, standings, World Cup pages, news, highlight access, AI prediction references, score prediction records, 1X2 prediction games, virtual points, leaderboards, shooting-game activities, VIP benefits, notifications, account profile features and app updates.
Some features may depend on your region, language, app version, device compatibility, sign-in status, VIP status, Google Play availability, sports data provider availability, network conditions or operational decisions.
3. Accounts, Sign-In and Profile
You may browse selected content without signing in. Features such as profile management, points records, VIP access, prediction submissions, prediction records, leaderboard participation and account deletion requests may require sign-in.
LuckyKing supports email-based sign-in and Google Sign-In where available. If you use Google Sign-In, you authorize us to receive the information permitted by Google and use it to create, authenticate and protect your LuckyKing account.
You are responsible for keeping your device, account, verification codes and sign-in sessions secure. You must not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, submit unlawful profile content, or upload content that violates another person's rights.
Profile fields may include nickname, avatar, sex or gender, birthday, signature and address or delivery information where you choose to provide it. Do not place sensitive personal information, payment card numbers, government identifiers, passwords or private secrets in profile fields.
4. Sports Data, Media and AI Prediction References
Match data, scores, schedules, standings, team names, team logos, competition logos, odds context, news, highlight metadata and related information may come from third-party providers, public sources, content delivery networks or editorial workflows. Such information may be delayed, inaccurate, corrected, suspended or unavailable because of provider changes, match postponements, event decisions or network conditions.
AI prediction, confidence, goal trend, odds movement, risk note and similar analytical outputs are provided for information and entertainment only. They are not guarantees, betting advice, financial advice, professional sports advice or instructions for real-world wagering. You are responsible for how you interpret and use this information.
Video and highlight content in the app may include content produced, edited, summarized or creatively generated by the LuckyKing team after real matches. LuckyKing does not intentionally reproduce or redistribute unauthorized broadcast feeds. Rights-related questions can be sent to the contact email listed in this Agreement.
5. Virtual Points, Unlocks and Prediction Games
LuckyKing may provide virtual points, rewards, first-registration bonuses, leaderboard rankings, AI unlocks, shooting-game activities, score prediction features and 1X2 full-time prediction features. Points are app-only virtual items. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for money, or exchanged outside the app unless a specific in-app rule expressly says otherwise.
Rules, point balances, bonuses, eligibility, expiration, unlock prices, reward logic, leaderboard calculation, entry limits and available campaigns may vary by account state, version, region, sports type and operational configuration.
For 1X2 prediction games, the app may let you choose Home Win, Draw or Away Win and submit a virtual-point stake. Current gameplay rules may include a stake range of 50 to 2,000 points and up to five submissions for the same match, but operational rules can change or be refined in the app.
For score prediction games, the app may let you submit a selected score label for a match and view your prediction records. Certain score features may not show final hit or settlement status unless supported by the current service.
We may adjust, reverse, suspend or remove points, prediction entries, rewards or leaderboard results where we detect fraud, abuse, technical errors, duplicate processing, API misuse, payment issues, rule violations or security risks.
6. VIP Plans and Google Play Billing
LuckyKing may offer VIP plans or premium benefits through Google Play Billing. Available products may include weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly plans, trial offers and region-specific pricing where configured in Google Play Console.
Before a purchase is completed, Google Play will display the product name, price, billing period, trial information, renewal terms and other purchase details. Payments, payment methods, subscription renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play according to Google Play terms and applicable law.
To create and reconcile VIP access, LuckyKing may generate a server order ID before starting Google Play Billing and may process product IDs, purchase tokens, subscription status and related entitlement data. VIP benefits start only after the purchase is confirmed and entitlement checks are completed.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. If you believe VIP access is incorrect, contact support with enough information to help us verify the issue.
7. Permissions, Reminders and App Updates
LuckyKing uses internet and network access to deliver app content, account features, match data, media, VIP services, predictions and support features.
If you choose to subscribe to match reminders, the app may request calendar permissions to create, update or delete reminders on your device calendar. You can deny or remove these permissions in Android system settings, but reminder features may not work without them.
LuckyKing may use Google Play In-App Updates to notify you about available updates or complete downloaded updates. Some features may require the latest app version for security, compatibility or service reliability.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse LuckyKing or related services. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Attacking, scraping, overloading, reverse engineering or attempting to bypass the app, APIs, payment flows, access controls or security features.
- Using automation, modified clients, fraudulent accounts or other methods to manipulate points, prediction entries, leaderboards, VIP access or rewards.
- Submitting unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, hateful, harmful or misleading content.
- Accessing another user's account, collecting user data without permission, or interfering with another user's use of the app.
- Using LuckyKing for illegal gambling, real-money wagering, financial decisions, fraud or other unlawful activity.
9. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights
LuckyKing, including its app design, software, brand elements, text, layouts, generated assets, original editorial content and service logic, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal purposes.
Football team names, competition names, logos, match data, images, videos, news, payment services, Google services and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners or providers. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
If you believe content in the app infringes your rights, contact us with the content location, ownership details and a way to verify your claim.
10. Suspension, Termination and Account Deletion
We may limit, suspend or terminate access where needed to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, address security incidents, resolve payment disputes, protect rights, enforce this Agreement or maintain service integrity.
You may stop using the app at any time. You may request account deletion from Profile Center or by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, accounting, payment disputes, refund handling, backup recovery or legitimate business needs.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
LuckyKing is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that match data, predictions, odds context, media, notifications, reminders, points, subscriptions, updates or other services will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckyKing and its developer, publisher, operators, service providers and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, incorrect sports information, failed reminders, unavailable services, user decisions based on predictions, or unauthorized use resulting from your failure to secure your account or device.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes, Governing Rules and Contact
We may update this Agreement when features, data practices, legal requirements, platform rules, billing flows or operational needs change. The latest version will be available in the app or through a published legal document URL. Continued use of LuckyKing after an update means you accept the updated Agreement.
